7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a guide isn't what you expected, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email [support@northstarlibrary.com] with the email address used at checkout and your order number. We'll process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Because our guides are delivered digitally, you may keep any files you have already downloaded. We ask that you delete them as a courtesy, but we don't require proof.
What's Covered
- Individual guide purchases, within 7 days of the order date.
- Duplicate or accidental orders, at any time.
- Orders where the file was never delivered, corrupted, or unreadable — contact us and we'll replace it or refund you, at your choice.
VIP Club Subscriptions
VIP Club membership is billed $19.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled.
- First charge: refundable in full within 7 days if you have not spent any VIP credit. If credit has been spent, we'll refund the unspent balance.
- Renewal charges: you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Once a renewal has processed, that month's charge is non-refundable, but you keep your credit and access for the remainder of the billing period.
- Cancelling: log into your account and select Manage Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. No phone call or email is required.
- Reminders: we email you before each renewal so a charge never comes as a surprise.
Credit Balances
VIP credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Unused credit [rolls over while your membership remains active / expires 60 days after issue — pick one and state it plainly].
Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please contact us first — we'll almost always resolve it faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being closed.
